About This Activity
Please be sure to pay your $100 Deposit before completing the financial aid application. If you do not receive enough assistance to make it possible for your child to continue with CCM we will refund your $100 deposit. All applicants MUST supply information from your most recent personal tax return. You will also need to submit a copy of your most recent tax return following your application. Be sure to use a piece of paper or something to cover your social security number and any other private information. You may submit physical records to the CCM office if you prefer.
