Introduce your child to the most effective martial art in the world. Your child will learn focus, discipline, respect, social skills, and physical conditioning. Age-appropriate self-defense and sport Jiu- Jitsu will be taught and performed with a live Bartner.
This is an introductory class designed to provide a basic overview of Brazilian Jiujitsu. If you choose to continue the program after your introductory classes, you will need to sign up with the contractor, Darcio Lira Jiujitsu Tracy.
Have good hygiene, wear gym appropriate clothing, and bring water.
