In this Tiny Tiger course, students will learn the basics of Taekwondo, including Tiny Tiger hand techniques, kicks, self-defense, sparring, and poomsae. Students will have the opportunity to challenge both their physical and mental abilities through each of these skills sets during their lessons. By the end of the course, students will be able to perform the full Tiny Tiger curriculum.Students receive a free uniform when they attend their first class. Please wear comfortable exercise clothes when attending class.
