Description
Get ready for a day filled with innovation, creativity, and confidence-building. In the morning, campers will dive into the thrilling world of drone technology and coding. Using beginner friendly programming tools, students will code and fly drones through exciting mission challenges—mastering movements like roll, pitch, and yaw, and exploring sensors, trimming, and autonomous navigation.This camp blends the best of communication and STEM education, helping children develop both their creative voice and technical skills. By the end of the week, they’ll walk away with newfound confidence, teamwork experience, and the curiosity to keep exploring how technology and ideas can shape the world.
In the afternoon, students will step into the role of junior journalists and public speakers, exploring the world of debate, storytelling, and TV anchoring. They’ll learn how to analyze current events, express opinions with clarity, and deliver news segments just like real anchors, building communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills along the way
Campers will bring their lunch
•Items campers should bring daily (snacks, water bottle, etc.): Tied Hair, Comfortable clothing, closed-toed shoes. Bring your water, nut-free snacks & lunch. No food will be provided. We will bring laptops to share.
