The Trail Smoke Eaters High-Performance Camp is an excellent opportunity for hockey players looking to elevate their skills and prepare for higher levels of competition. With a comprehensive program including on-ice sessions, fitness training, and empowerment sessions, participants can expect to improve both their physical abilities and their understanding of the game. Camp Details: Focus: Enhancing hockey training and preparing players for higher levels of competition. Duration: a four day, seven hour camp Training Components: On-Ice Sessions: Two sessions daily totaling 10 hours of ice time. Practice focuses on individual skill development, positional play, and team tactics. Fitness Training: Three hours of daily fitness training concentrating on flexibility, agility, and strength exercises. Empowerment Sessions: Sessions focused on leadership, character, and team concepts, featuring guest speakers addressing various pathways and challenges players may encounter. Cost: $589 plus GST Included: Trail Smoke Eaters High-Performance practice jersey and t-shirt (players must register by July 1st to receive a t-shirt). Optional Meal Plan: Available for $85 plus tax. The Meal Plan includes morning snacks and lunch each day. Skaters can opt-out and bring their own snacks and lunch if preferred.
