About This Activity
Prerequisite: This class has no prerequisite. Cabinetry Basics is NOT a prerequisite for Cabinetry Basics part 2. Overview: The craft of cabinetmaking is rooted in fine woodworking, but requires more of a production mentality. Beyond building the carcasses and doors, the appearance of most cabinets is determined by the doors and drawer fronts. Learning to build a frame and panel door is a useful skills for cabinetmaking and furniture making alike. In this class we will use a variety of woodworking tools to build the doors and drawer fronts for the cabinets built in class the previous week. This class is part of our Tiny House series. Students under 18 may attend with parental permission
