About This Activity
This is a 5-DAY WORKSHOP featuring a Polynesian theme. Students will create original drawings like an adventurous island girl, mischievous coconut warriors, and a traditional Polynesian flower crown. Not only is this an excellent drawing exercise for creating dynamic characters and colorful oceanside landscapes, but it is also a wonderful introduction to Polynesian artwork and culture. This workshop blends realism with cartoons, using vibrant, multimedia materials. All art supplies are provided. Art kits are available to purchase for $20 each. Young Rembrandts uses an innovative step-by-step method to teach students basic to advanced drawing skills, coloring techniques and art vocabulary.
