About This Activity
Description
An energetic moderate to high intensity workout that offers cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. Exercises are performed in chest-deep water, using the resistance and buoyancy of the water to reduce impact on the joints. Instructor may incorporate water weights, noodles, or other water resistance & floatation tools.
