A gentle, low-impact class that promotes flexibility, range of motion, and muscle tone. The warm water supports movement, decreases stiffness, and provides resistance for strengthening without strain. Equipment will ASSIST with movement & stability. Class held in the therapy pool.
*Additional equipment may be introduced at the instructor’s discretion. *
* Equipment may change at the instructor's discretion. *
*To ensure fair access for all participants, individuals may register for one specialty class either Fibromyalgia or Arthritis.*
