A gentle, low impact class that promotes flexibility, range of motion, and muscle tone. The warm water supports movement, decreases stiffness and provides resistance for strengthening without strain. Equipment will ASSIST with movement and stability. Class held in the therapy pool.
* Additional equipment may be introduced at the instructor's discretion. *
* To ensure fair access for all participants, individuals may register for one specialty class either Fibromyalgia or Arthritis. *
