About This Activity
Description
Low to mid-range intensity program will help enhance abdominal and back strength through controlled, low-impact movements. Exercises focus on posture, balance, and coordination while minimizing joint strain. Movements are adapted for participants at all fitness levels.
Class will be held in the therapy pool.Instructor may provide noodles, resistance bands, or balance balls & boards. *
*Other equipment may be introduced at the instructor's discretion. *
