Prerequisite, Gymnastics II. Advancement into Gymnastics III will only be allowed with advancement form and instructor permission. Must call 791-4877 on the first day of call/walk in to register-no online registration for this course. Participants will focus on the following skills. Beam: Cart wheels, hand stand, back walk over. Bar: Additional bar work, bar to bar, glide, kips, cast to hand stand. Floor: Back walk over, front walkers from hand spring back and hand springs. Warm up, flexibility and strengthening exercises included. Viewing area is available.
