Fall Break Sports Camp at Crossroads Park Keep your child moving, competing, and having FUN this Fall Break with Bernal Fitness & Performance! Open to boys and girls in grades K–8, our 3-Day Fall Break Sports Camp combines multi-sport activities, skill-building, teamwork, friendly competition, and plenty of high-energy fun at Crossroads Park. Each day includes dynamic warm-ups, organized sports rotations, games, challenges, and competitions designed to keep campers active and engaged. 🏃 CAMP ACTIVITIES MAY INCLUDE Flag Football Soccer Kickball Dodgeball Hockey Speed, agility & coordination activities Relays, team competitions & challenges And more! 🙌 WHAT TO EXPECT Positive, encouraging coaching with activities adapted for different ages and ability levels. Campers will develop athletic skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence while staying active, competing, making new friends, and having FUN!
