Prerequisite: Gymnastics I. Advancement into Gymnastics II will only be allowed with advancement form and instructor permission. Must call 791-4877 on the same day as call/walk-in registration begins. No online registration for this course. Participants will focus on the following skills. Beam: forward roll, tuck jump, mount and dismount. Bars: cast and space, and back-hip circle. Floor: bridge, kick-over, handstands, cartwheels, round-off and handstand forward roll. Warm-up, flexibility, and strengthening exercises included. Viewing area is available. Only registered participants are permitted in the room.
