About This Activity
Description
Learn the basics of tumbling. Participants will work on hop overs, bridge, candlesticks, jumps (straddle, tuck etc.) Emphasis on building/improving flexibility, balance and build confidence. Required that only one adult must be in the room actively participating per one registered participant.
