About This Activity
Description
Create more of a bond with your baby. Gentle yoga will be done with adult and infant together. Learn poses to protect your back along with your legs, arms and abdomen. Increase flexibility for you and baby through movement and play. Make getting in shape a lovely time by making connection. Bring a yoga mat, pillows and blankets for adult and baby. Required that only one adult must be in the room actively participating per one registered participant. Only child pays and registers.
