About This Activity
Description
This high-energy class invites youth to explore traditional folk dances from different regions in a fun and creative way. No experience is necessary—just a desire to dance and connect with culture. Join us for an exciting introduction to traditional Latin American dance, suitable for all levels. Participants will learn techniques and steps while celebrating the vibrant cultural heritage through music and movements. Folklorico, also referred to as Ballet Folklórico, is a lively and dynamic form of Mexican folk dance that includes various regional styles, costumes, and musical ensembles.
