Training includes fundamental movements, patterns, sparring and other theories to discover and develop students’ potential in Martial Arts/ Taekwondo. Learn patience, perseverance, and problem solving through training challenges. The instructor’s goal is to develop not only a participant’s martial arts skills, but their character as well. Participants will be in a safe and welcoming environment. No previous experience is required.
