A wellness class that blends pilates, boxing and dance exercises! Build strength, burn calories, improve flexibility and have fun! Please bring a mat, water and a towel. Class can be done in sneakers, barefoot or with yoga/grippy socks. THURSDAYS 6:00-7:00pm $40/$10 drop-in OCT 2-NOV 6 (NOV 13) make up day. 6 weeks $40/$10 drop-in.
