This Tigers Conditioning Clinic is designed for incoming middle school students looking to improve overall fitness, strength, speed, agility, and endurance in a fun and supportive environment. With no sport-specific focus, the clinic helps athletes of all experience levels build confidence, develop healthy training habits, and improve athletic performance for any activity or sport. Sessions will include age-appropriate conditioning, movement skills, teamwork, and injury prevention exercises led by some of Tripp Middle School's coaches
