Zumba® Fitness We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class can help with cardiovascular health, weight loss, improved coordination and flexibility. Please wear sneakers and bring water. There are no wrong moves in Zumba!
