About This Activity
Join us to learn about Dystopia: A World Disguised as Paradise. Students will explore different genres of dystopian literature and film. The course will emphasize the love of reading, exploring new worlds through books, and what it means to be an active citizen. While investigating, students will participate in project-based learning and class discussions. The culminating project asks students to use their knowledge of the social sciences to create their own dystopian or utopian society, including creating their own government, values, and more. The perfect class for the creative reader.
