About This Activity
Curiosity, wonder, exploration! Math is all around us, and summer is the perfect time for students to discover just how much they use math every day. Students can dive deeper into ratios, the Pythagorean theorem, volume, expressions and equations, etc. and see how fun math can be! They will even learn financial literacy through a series of hands-on challenges! Students will not only build confidence in their math skills, they will enhance their decision-making, critical thinking, and deductive reasoning… all skills to make them stronger mathematicians and to be well-prepared for future math classes.
