This spring, students will explore the art and science of baking through an exciting “Around the World” theme, creating delicious treats inspired by different countries and cultures. Each week, students will bake a new international recipe, discovering flavors and techniques from across the world. Along the way, they’ll build foundational skills such as measuring, mixing, kneading, decorating, and plating, while learning how ingredients interact and how culture influences cuisine. This hands-on class emphasizes creativity, precision, kitchen safety, hygiene, and time management — all while encouraging curiosity and appreciation for global traditions. Students can expect to leave each week with a new baked creation and a broadened culinary perspective — traveling the world, one delicious bite at a time! ⚠️ Allergy Notice: Please note that this class involves hands-on food preparation and baking activities.
