Through interactive games and group activities, we'll cultivate focus, resilience, and inner calm. Each session is designed to empower older kids to connect with their bodies and minds, fostering a sense of balance and confidence. Join us as we embark on this journey of self-discovery and growth through the practice of yoga! A yoga mat is required for this class. Laurence will have some on hand, but students are welcome to bring their own if they’d like.
