About This Activity
Did you ever wonder what else might be out in the wild with us? Join fellow Girl Scouts as we explore the fields, woods, streams, and lakes at Camp Butternut Springs for legendary creatures. We might see fairies, tree sprites, bigfoot, or even the Lake Anderson Monster! Of course, we will be doing all of the fun camp activities, including cooking lunch over a campfire, hiking, crafts, songs, games, and swimming. Older girls will also have the opportunity for additional recreation opportunities throughout the week. On Thursday evening, parents are invited to join us from 4-5:30pm to learn about all the fun we have been having and watch a special ceremony. Afterward, 4th and 5th grade girls are invited to stay for an evening activity from 6-9pm. Girls entering 6th grade and up are invited to spend the night to keep the fun going. Financial assistance is available through the Council (This form must be filled out to request financial assistance after camp registration.
