About This Activity
In this hands-on class designed for middle and high school students, we'll rediscover the beauty and practicality of writing by hand. Students will strengthen their print handwriting for clarity and neatness while also learning or refining their cursive skills for fluency and style. Through guided practice, creative exercises, and personalized feedback, each student will develop a writing style that's both legible and uniquely their own. We'll explore the connection between handwriting, focus, and expressions combining traditional practice with fun lettering projects that make the art of penmanship come alive! Teacher Bio: Nicole Golden is a certified secondary English educator with a passion for helping students grow as confident readers and writers. She loves creating engaging, thoughtful classroom experiences that strengthen both skills and character. Nicole is married to Bryant, the Lead Pastor of Centerpoint Church, and together they are raising four wonderful kids.
