Exploring World Geography Why do some nations flourish while others struggle? How do geography, history, and belief systems shape the world today? Exploring World Geography is a one-year high school course that helps students understand the world through a biblical worldview, equipping them to think critically about global issues, cultures, and ideas. What Students Will Explore Physical Geography – mountains, climates, natural resources, and how they shape civilizations World History & Cultures – from ancient civilizations to modern nations Geopolitics – governments, borders, and global tensions Economic Systems – examples of communism, socialism, and free markets Stewardship & Resources – how nations succeed or fail in caring for land and resources Worldview & Beliefs – how faith, values, and culture shape societies, including major world religions Students who choose to complete optional projects can earn an additional full credit in Worldview, complementing the course content. I'm Ms. April! I’ve been married 23 years and homeschooled my three children for over 15 years. Teaching government, economics, and geography has become a passion as I’ve seen how important it is for students to understand the ideas that shape our world.
