Every student has influence—at home, in friendships, on teams, and eventually in the workplace. Lead Well is a practical, hands-on leadership development group designed to help students understand how leadership really works and how to grow their own influence from the inside out. Drawing from modern leadership principles and biblical wisdom, students will learn: - How character shapes influence - The difference between leadership authority and leadership trust - What it means to take responsibility rather than assign blame - How to cast vision, solve problems, and motivate others - Why great leaders serve first and lead second This course is interactive, discussion-based, and filled with real-life examples and everyday scenarios students already face. The goal: help students step into their potential and lead with clarity, humility, and confidence. Instructor Bio: Bryant Golden is the Lead Pastor of Centerpoint Church and has spent the last decade helping people develop as leaders in faith, life, and the workplace. He holds degrees in Business Management and Biblical Studies, a Master’s in Biblical Studies and Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary, and is completing his Doctor of Ministry with graduation planned for Spring 2027. Bryant brings a highly practical, relational approach to leadership that equips students to lead themselves well—and influence others with integrity.
