Together, they help us understand others—and ourselves—better. BIO: Lauren Cliff is a 2nd-year teacher with HEAT, bringing a strong background in humanities, English literature, and U.S. history into everything she teaches. With over 20 years of customer service experience, she leads with patience, empathy, and real-world grit. She’s a proud mom of three, happily married, and in her fourth year of homeschooling her own kids—proof that teaching doesn’t stop when the school day ends.
