Middle & High school girls will experience hands-on self-care workshops which include the following: -Stress management & mindfulness -Journaling, creative reflection, and worship -Relaxation and spa-inspired activities and take home kits Teacher Bio: Julie has served as a youth & worship leader & music director for 30 years. She has often led and been a speaker for youth, women's, and worship retreats and conferences. She is a passionate about mind-body-soul wellness and loves to share practical ways to find balance and live with peace and joy.
