This class is an introduction to 3D animation, where students learn how animated characters and objects are brought to life in movies, games, and commercials. **2 hours a week for 16 weeks** We’ll focus on the fundamentals of animation—like timing, spacing, and squash/stretch—through fun, hands-on projects such as bouncing balls, obstacle courses, and simple character movement. Students will work step-by-step, building confidence as they learn how professional animators think and work. The goal isn’t just learning software—it’s learning how to make motion feel real. By the end of the class, students will have several completed animations and a strong foundation to continue exploring animation.
