Class Description: Dive into an immersive class designed to transform your student’s drawing abilities from foundational techniques to bold, expressive creations. Drawing teaches patience, observation skills, and precision. Students will progress from basic mark-making and observation to advanced shading, perspective, composition, and dynamic figure drawing. This class empowers students to build essential skills, design captivating visuals, and explore concepts of artistic expression. They will not only learn how to draw more precisely but also how to weave personal narratives into art, crafting immersive worlds that reflect their unique voice and imagination. Teacher Bio Hi my name is Elizabeth Winston, and I am so excited to help your student learn more about how to use their artistic skills! I have had a passion for art for as long as I can remember. I hold a BA in Studio Art from USF where I was able to grow my technical skills in drawing, painting, photography, and videography. I also have experience teaching art as a full-time elementary school teacher as well as experience being a mobile art instructor. My passion for art has not diminished; although, I am now a realtor (Home Team, LPT Realty). I continue to do freelance art commissions and have a desire to help others grow in their technical skills and love of art.
