About This Activity
Crochet Class with Miss Lindsay This is a beginners class for crochet with no experience required. We will learn all the fundamentals and basics of crochet. Students will complete several projects along the way. The goal is that students will be proficient enough to follow beginner crochet patterns by the end of the semester and have several completed projects to take home. We will cover single crochet, double crochet, slip stitches, increasing, decreasing, and much more! This class is fun and encourages students to be creative with their projects! Once the basic skills of crochet are mastered, the things you can create are limitless! Bio: Hi I’m Lindsay and I’ve been crocheting for 26 years! I still love it just as much as when I first started. From stuffed animals to blankets, I enjoy making all kinds of things with yarn and a hook. As a homeschool mom, I’ve spent years teaching and encouraging others to learn new skills, and crochet is one of my favorites to share. I see it as a form of art, something that lets you be creative while making beautiful custom gifts. Outside of crocheting I also enjoy baking, reading, and playing Mario kart with my family.
