Spanish 2:: After the long break it is only natural that you may feel a bit "rusty", therefore, in Spanish 2 we will spend the proper amount of time reviewing what we learned. After a refreshing review, we will start adding to that knowledge more vocabulary, more grammar, and much more conversational skills! Some of the grammar will include past tense of irregular verbs, indirect object pronouns, the imperfect tense, descriptive adjective, and Reflexive speech. My goal for each student is to be able to hold basic conversations in Spanish when they are finished. **Curriculum: Breaking the Spanish Barrier: Level 2 Bio: My name is Jennifer Luttrell. My husband and I have been married for over 25 years and we have 4 kids, a son-in-law, a grandson and soon a new granddaughter! I grew up in Indiana, went to Purdue University, where I got my teaching degree and found my loving husband, Gabriel. He was born and raised in Panama and moved to the US for college. Once we were married, I learned Spanish with Gabriel and his family. We moved to FL 15 years ago where we have loved raising our family. Our oldest is Adriana Vazquez, who owns a swim business, has a little boy and soon to be baby girl. We have a 22 year old son who is a project manager for our construction business. We also have 16 and 13 year old daughters who we have homeschool for the past 10 years! Over the years, I have taught middle school and was a developmental therapist for children with developmental delays. I have also been speaking Spanish for over 20 years. I know this semester is going to be amazing!!
