About This Activity
Middle School Spanish 1 is a beginning language student class. Students will learn the basics of the Spanish language. We will learn vocabulary that will involve a fair amount of study and memorization and a great amount of practice: reading, listening, writing, and speaking! **If students take both Middle School 1 & 2 they MAYBE eligible for High School Spanish 1 credit. Bio: My name is Jennifer Luttrell. My husband and I have been married for over 25 years and we have 4 kids, a son-in-law, a grandson and soon to be new granddaughter! I grew up in Indiana, went to Purdue University, where I got my teaching degree and found my loving husband, Gabriel. He was born and raised in Panama and moved to the US for college. Once we were married, I learned Spanish with Gabriel and his family. We moved to FL 15 years ago where we have loved raising our family. Our oldest is Adriana Vazquez, who owns a swim business, has a little boy and soon to be baby girl. We have a 22 year old son who is a project manager for our construction business. We also have 16 and 13 year old daughters who we have homeschool for the past 10 years! Over the years, I have taught middle school and was a developmental therapist for children with developmental delays. I have also been speaking Spanish for over 20 years and teaching with Heat for 2 years. I know this semester is going to be amazing!!
