About This Activity
Move, stretch, and dance your way to fitness! This high-energy workshop teaches fun routines in jazz, hip hop, and pop styles while helping students understand the importance of health and preparation for dance. Wear comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle each day! Teacher Bio: Ms. Jen has previous experience as a professional choreographer and hip hop instructor; she also performed as a member of a vintage dance troupe and hip hop crew for several years.
