About This Activity
Elementary Music Adventures (Ages 7–11) In this 12-week class, students will explore the world of music through singing, playing instruments, and learning songs together. Each week focuses on a new instrument family, musical style, or playing technique, giving children hands-on experience and the chance to perform in a class ensemble. By the end of the session, students will have built confidence, teamwork skills, and a strong foundation in music. About the Teacher Alexa Loprino is a certified Florida teacher who has had a lifelong love for music. From a young age, she discovered her passion for performing—whether on stage, in church, or anywhere she had the chance to sing. She grew up involved in theater and was even cast as the lead role of Annie in Annie Jr. Over the years, Alexa has continued to share her voice on stages big and small, bringing joy through music and performance. As both an educator and performer, Alexa is excited to inspire the next generation of musicians. She believes music is not only a creative outlet but also a powerful way for children to build confidence, express themselves, and have fun while learning.
