About This Activity
Whether you’re brand‑new to acting or just curious about the stage, this class for ages 12–18 offers a welcoming space to learn theater terms, build stage presence, explore characters, try improv, and discover the many roles that make a production shine. Mr. Hal has been acting and directing with the HEAT and community theaters for 16 years and has worked with elementary students through adults. No text book required, but have a small binder for handouts, a highlighter, pen and/or pencil. Most importantly, bring your imagination!
