Performance Collective — Drama & Performance For creative students who love storytelling, acting, comedy, and the stage! Performance Collective is a dynamic drama class where students explore a variety of performance styles through skits, readers theater, monologues, and drama ensembles. Students will develop their acting skills while learning how to communicate a story, connect with an audience, and confidently bring characters and ideas to life. Through both individual and group performances, students will build skills in character development, expression, stage presence, voice projection, memorization, comedic timing, and ensemble awareness. Students will learn how to work together, support their fellow performers, and contribute to a strong and engaging performance. Emphasis is placed on creativity, communication, collaboration, confidence, and excellence in performance. Whether a student loves making people laugh, bringing a character to life, telling a meaningful story, or simply wants to become more comfortable on stage, Performance Collective provides a place to discover and develop those strengths.
