Agriculture Adventures Ages 5–8 Get ready to discover the exciting world of agriculture! Students will explore farming through hands-on activities, simple science experiments, creative projects, and interactive lessons. From learning about farm animals and livestock care to planting seeds, growing crops, exploring farm equipment, and discovering how food gets from the farm to our tables, students will learn about the many important parts of agriculture. This class introduces young learners to farming, farm animals, agricultural science, food production, and the important role agriculture plays in our everyday lives. Bio: Hi, my name is Ashley Waters. I have been working in the Veterinary field for 22 years. I have worked at a small Animal Clinic, a spay and neuter clinic, with pocket pets and all the farm animals you can think of. I decided last year that I wanted to hang up my scrubs and homeschool my kids so here we are in the homeschool journey. I decided that I could help out and teach everything that I’ve learned in my 22 years of being a vet tech, and I’m really excited about sharing my knowledge with your children. My hobbies are following Jesus, riding horses and hanging out with my husband and my kids.
