Bio: Nicole "Nikki" Seace is certified in K–6 and ESOL education and brings more than 18 years of teaching experience in both Polk County Public Schools and Hillsborough County Public Schools. She holds a bachelor's degree in Geology from Florida Atlantic University and has a passion for teaching all things science. As a dedicated educator, Nikki's greatest joy is helping students discover their strengths, reach their fullest potential, and develop confidence in their abilities. She believes that every child can succeed when given the right support, encouragement, and learning environment. Nikki is also the proud mother of three amazing children—Preston, Lilly, and Charlotte—who inspire her every day. Outside of teaching, she enjoys running, reading, and singing. She is an active member of Bay Life Church in Brandon, where she serves on the praise team. Through her years in education, Nikki has remained committed to fostering a love of learning, building meaningful relationships with students and families, and helping children grow both academically and personally. Her mission is simple: to empower students with the skills, confidence, and mindset they need to thrive in school and beyond.
