This fun, high-energy class is designed just for kindergarten through second grade students! Kids will build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence through games, obstacle courses, relays, and creative movement. Classes focus on learning how to move safely, follow directions, work as a team, and enjoy being active in a positive, encouraging environment. Every session keeps little bodies moving while building a lifelong love of fitness and healthy habits. My name is Brandie. I’m a wife and mom of 2 , 7yrs and 13yrs, and this is our 7th year homeschooling! My degree is in health science and I’ve been a sports nutritionist and personal trainer for the last 15 years. I absolutely love taking that knowledge and showing kids what they are capable of, and how movement and nutrition create a positive and healthy lifestyle. Outside of school I love to be with my family outside in the sun, gardening- strictly food of all kinds but no flowers- they die on my watch… I enjoy being active in fitness, playing board games & I absolutely LOVE coffee of all kinds at all times of day. I hope to help kids learn that healthy lifestyles can be for anyone.
