This middle school PE class focuses on building strength, endurance, and confidence through structured physical movement and fitness-based activities. Students also explore nutrition in a practical way—learning how food fuels performance, supports growth, and impacts overall health. Classes emphasize body awareness, teamwork, goal setting, and developing healthy habits students can carry into daily life. I’m a wife and mom of 2 , 7yrs and 13yrs, and this is our 7th year homeschooling! My degree is in health science and I’ve been a sports nutritionist and personal trainer for the last 15 years. I absolutely love taking that knowledge and showing kids what they are capable of, and how movement and nutrition create a positive and healthy lifestyle. Outside of school I love to be with my family outside in the sun, gardening- strictly food of all kinds but no flowers- they die on my watch… I enjoy being active in fitness, playing board games & I absolutely LOVE coffee of all kinds at all times of day. I hope to help kids learn that healthy lifestyles can be for anyone.
