This class focuses on building strong cheer and tumbling foundations in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment. Athletes will progress tumbling skills at their own pace through drills and instruction based on individual readiness, while also developing proper jump technique, strength, and coordination. Students will be introduced to 8 counts, learning timing, basic cheer motions, and simple dance sequences. During the final week of class, athletes will participate in a short dance show-off for parents, giving them a chance to demonstrate what they’ve learned. Emphasis is placed on technique, safety, teamwork, and confidence-building, helping athletes develop solid cheer fundamentals both on and off the mat.
