About This Activity
An identity or an interest in STEM begins at a much younger age than we think! Geering Up's mission is to ignite a spark, a curiosity in young minds in a way that strengthens a child's interest in STEM early on. We also recognize how important it is to ignite a spark in a fun-learning environment that challenges a young mind! In our after-school clubs, we will explore a variety of STEM subjects by learning through joyous activities that will include tech, engineering, science. Your child will partake in many individual and group creations! At David Oppenheimer Elementary School, Geering Up is hosting four weekly sessions starting November 6th to November 27th, on Thursdays after school ends from 3 to 4:30 pm. Activities may be pulled from past curriculum, but will have a new twist.
