About This Activity
Our mission is to make STEM subjects fun and hands-on to youth whether it is chemistry, physics or even coding. At our after-school clubs, it's all about learning through experience! Even within 1.5 hours, the ideas that we see come to life are never short of wonder. Participants will be exposed to a STEM concept while also learning how to look for these concepts in the real world. We hope you're ready! At David Oppenheimer Elementary School, Geering Up is hosting eight weekly sessions starting January 22nd to March 12th, on Thursdays after school ends from 3 to 4:30 pm. Activities may be pulled from past curriculum, but will have a new twist.
