About This Activity
Experience the wonders of phenomenal physics through hands-on experiments! Participants will have a chance to translate their learnings into creative experiments that blend physics, art, and technology. Explore the wide range of applications of physics through mirrors, prisms, lasers, and more! Whether you’re curious about optics or want to deepen a love of physics, you’re sure to get enLIGHTened in this camp. Join this program if you're looking for an interactive physics playground – no experience necessary! Physics is a pre-requisite for many engineering programs. Come explore how physics can be fun and its real-life applications! This program is intended for participants entering Grades 8 and 9 in September 2026. NOTE: The same themes at the same grade level will contain the same content across all weeks. For example, Maker 2/3 (Week 1) will contain the same material as Maker 2/3 (Week 7).
