About This Activity
Our mission is to introduce STEM concepts to youth through a practical approach as much as possible. At our after-school clubs, it's all about learning through hands-on projects. Even within 1.5 hours, the ideas that we see come to life is never short of sheer surprise. Participants will be exposed to a STEM concept while also learning how to look for these concepts in the real world. We hope you're ready! At Sir Charles Kingsford-Smith Elementary School, Geering Up is hosting seven weekly sessions starting October 20th to December 1st, on Tuesdays after school ends from 3 to 4:30 pm. Activities may be pulled from past curriculum, but will have a new twist.
