About This Activity
Our mission is to introduce STEM concepts to youth through a practical approach as much as possible. At our after-school clubs, it's all about learning through hands-on projects. Even within 1.5 hours, the ideas that we see come to life is never short of sheer surprise. Participants will be exposed to a STEM concept while also learning how to look for these concepts in the real world. We hope you're ready! At Sir James Douglas Elementary School, Geering Up is hosting three weekly sessions starting October 1st to October 15th, on Wednesdays after school ends from 3 to 4:30 pm. Activities may be pulled from past curriculum, but will have a new twist.
